Our innovative team has substantial experience in construction and urban development. Over the years, we have been constantly moving forward with unconventional thinking toward our goals, successfully developing a unique housing product, breaking through to what has become the most transcendent idea in the history of architecture and redefining the concept of housing.

Modular Cube Architecture

Modular cube buildings come in different standard wall colors that can be personalized with additional exterior cladding or vinyl "wrapping" to suit individual tastes or corporate requirements.

The house has a steel frame insulated floor structure that is fully supported, so there is no need for any foundation or floor slab. In most locations, planning permission is a simple formality. In most locations, planning permission is a simple formality. The mobility of the modular cube is easy, allowing owners to move their home when needed in a safe and stable way.

The main body of the outer wall of the house is steel-structured with glass curtain wall. The whole three sides of the house are transparent and enjoy the beautiful scenery. In order to block the thermal UV rays while giving you privacy, the coating process on the glass is adopted to ensure the privacy of the room without affecting the lighting.

The roof also uses solar photovoltaic power generation to supply electricity for the basic lighting inside the house, and the house rainwater collection system and water purification equipment to solve the use of internal water energy cycle.

The whole 30-square-meter apartment is a functional apartment. The small space can meet the functions of living, kitchen, dining, bathroom and many more, with the whole three sides of the building being transparent. Inhabitants can enjoy the panoramic view of forest and ocean in the living area with one glance, and feel free to take a bath while overlooking the infinite outdoor scenery. In addition to these necessary Spaces, the small apartment also contains sufficient storage space, with intelligent equipment to supply the energy use of the entire house.

There's a nice set of sofas for relaxation and a long dining table for wining and dining with big floor-to-ceiling glass and views.
